How to cook beef noodle Pho at home

Step 1: The first step is to clean the beef bones, then blanch it.

Next, put the beef bones into a large pot, pour about 5 to 7 liters of water. Bring stockpot with parboiled bones and water to a boil then lower to a gentle simmer in about 2:30 am - 3 hours at moderate fire. If at any time foam or scum rises to the surface, use a spoon to remove it.

Step 2: You take cardamon, star anise, cinnamon, dried onions and ginger and grill them, then remove any charred skin and set aside.. For ginger and dried shallot, crush them. Next, put all these ingredients in a pot of water to swimmer with bones.
